Ai Funghi – truffled cream sauce with mushrooms

Al Salmone – tomato cream sauce with capers & smoked salmon

Manicotti – stuffed pasta rolls with ricotta cheese & spinach

Regina – rosé sauce, grilled chicken, mushrooms, zucchini

Cannelloni – stuffed pasta rolls with ground beef & mozzarella

Mains

Parmigiana – breaded, topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Veal, chicken or eggplant.

Marsala – fresh, assorted mushrooms in a wine sauce. Veal or chicken.

Piccata – creamy lemon-caper sauce. Veal or chicken.

Salsiccia – grilled Italian pork sausages with onions & peppers.

Pollo alla Griglia – seasoned grilled chicken breast with mushrooms.
