Funeral catering services is something we offer to better meet the complete needs of the families we serve. That’s Italian Catering offers catering for private family dining, memorial gatherings, after-service receptions and at other times as needed.
Restaurant Functions
Our modern dining room can accommodate up to 65 guests on our main floor and up to 35 guests in our lower level private room. We over several preset packages starting at $29 per guest. Our event specialist will work with you in creating a customized meal to fit your budget and preferences.
Funeral Catering Services For Family Lounge
Many families feel they cannot leave once visitation has started. We can provide a variety of hot or cold items, including all plates and disposables, for delivery, all across the Greater Toronto Area. This will give your family the opportunity to remain together and eat at their leisure without having to worry about leaving and coming back within a short time-frame. View our CATERING MENU.
We’ve offered catering services to the following funeral homes: Scott, Bernardo, Vescio and Ward.
Church Catering
Not all churches provide full funeral lunches. Some may only provide the facilities for you to bring your own food. We will work with the church and volunteers to assist with the set up, delivery and clean up of your event.
In-Home Catering
Many families wish to offer a reception in their home, but do not wish to cook, serve and clean up once everyone has left. We offer a hostess who can attend to your home as a security measure before the funeral. Our staff will arrive to set up while you’re attending the service and will have the food ready when you arrive. Our staff will also remain for clean up should the need arise.
Gift Cards
In times of grief, neither family nor friends have the time or willingness to cook. We offer gift cards which can be given to grieving families so that they won’t have to worry about cooking. They’re available in any denomination, they don’t expire and they’re easily re-loadable.
